I recently purchased two e-bike from EZBike. The deals were fantastic, especially with the student discount they offered. Their customer service was excellent—always responsive and helpful. Delivery was on time, and the bike arrived well-packaged with all the promised accessories, including an extra battery and bag. While the extra battery is from 2022, I’m optimistic about its performance. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend EZBike for their excellent service and deals. Thank you!

Purchased the SEGWAY GT1 refurbished for $1,609 after tax, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I picked it up in perfect, brand-new condition—0 km, spotless, and without a single scuff. The ride is absolutely incredible, making my Segway G2 seem more like a toy in comparison. The in-house 6-month warranty was a no-brainer for me and gave me extra peace of mind. A huge thank you to the amazing staff, David and Caelan(sorry, bad with names😅), for their outstanding assistance throughout the process. PS: I also let Reddit know about the deal!

I have a very nice experience all the way from the beginning. They have quick response for emails & phone call, and also invite me for a test ride which helps a lot when you still struggling between different products. Special thanks to Caelan, the shop manager who provide great advice and supports, as well as the personal delivery by his own car :) Don't hesitate to arrange a test ride with them ! I have purchased two separate Aventon bikes from EZbike since October 2023 and they were shipped and delivered quickly out to Winnipeg. Their customer service was fantastic when I needed help with a part repair under warranty too. I’m sure it won’t be the last time I buy from them!

Bought an Aventon Level 2 from EZbike in the fall with some trepidation about dealing with an online company thousands of miles away. Great price but what really stands out is the exceptional after sales service. Sent an email with a couple questions and was pleasantly surprised by a long distance phone call in an hour. GM Caelan and tech David were super supportive and patient in dealing with a small warranty issue regarding a jammed key. It’s great to talk to real people who care about their customers. Two thumbs up and five stars to the folks at the Richmond Hill location.

Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Will tell you they can fixed the scooter or not. And they are so cool and refer to others who they know is specialist in certian issue. Highly recommend them to anyone. They got lots off cool stuffs. They even have ramp but be careful as is not wide and you have to have both hand on your scooter. Overall this is an excellent place with cool attitude 👍 loved their gadget so.... 😎

I bought 2 aventon bikes from ezbike 2 yrs ago and I must say the experience was great. It's the customer service following the purchase that has me thoroughly impressed. A couple of months ago my fenders started rattling and I overtightened the screws and they started to strip. I went to ezbike to ask for a couple of Xtra screws to replace the stripped ones and have an xtra on hand. They were more than happy to give them to me free of charge and a couple of other sizes just in case. I went there again today because my handlebar kept slipping off line. I tried tightening it myself but it kept slipping. I went to ezbike to ask for help and it turned out there was 3 screws not just 2 to tighten. Kaelan came right out to adjust it for me and show me the proper way. Thank you ezbike for making my day. Buy the aventon aventure or sinch from ezbike. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased the Aventon Level.2 Step-through from EZ Bike Richmond Hill the third week of July 2024. EZ Bike has knowledgeable staff and great service. I plan to go there for any maintenance work the bike needs in the future. I went there because I was trying to decide between the Level.2 and Aventure.2 models, so I wanted to see the bike in person rather than order it online. That way, I could sit on the bikes to decide on the frame size and pick the bikes up to really get a feel for the weight. It was a tough choice, both great quality bikes. I ultimately decided on the Level.2 because it was lighter weight wise, and I know I will mostly ride on paved or light gravel bike paths and the road rather than rougher trails. I am very happy with my choice. The bike was in stock, so I bought it from the store that day and assembled it at home rather than opt for the free assembly. Assembly was easy and straightforward (or so I am told - my wife and daughter actually assembled it for me!), and everything worked with no need for adjustments to gears. I did a lot of research and watched a lot of YouTube video reviews before deciding on Aventon. There are so many choices for ebike companies and models. I'm really happy with my choice, it is such a great riding, comfortable and good-looking bike. I will say, though, that the seat and regular post the bike comes with are not the best for comfort for longer rides. I had a super comfortable suspension type seat on my previous non electric mountain bike and rarely if ever had pain issues. While the Aventon seat and post felt comfortable enough, I ended up with lots of pain after a few longer rides (45 plus kms each) on the Level.2. I believe the pain I ended up with was partly caused by riding at a higher speed on average than before. But I plan to continue to ride at higher speeds than before, so that had to be addressed! Thankfully, Aventon included a free suspension seat post. The suspension seat post was delivered about 10 days after I purchased the bike. So, I had ample chance to experience the difference once I installed the suspension seat post. I also installed a gel seat cover that I had laying around. Night and day change, no more pain issues, and the comfort is excellent. Personally, I think the suspension seat post is a must. I may end up replacing the stock Aventon seat (and gel cover) with a more comfortable suspension type seat later. Mostly because the gel seat cover is old, but it does do the job for now. I'm in my mid-60s, and this is my first ebike. I was finding it a bit harder with my regular mountain bike the last two years or so due to some health challenges. Usually, I ride a couple of times a week about 40 kms or so (25 miles) per ride on mostly bike paths along the Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville corridor, and also the Niagara bike path. But lately, due to health, I was only able to do less than half that distance most rides. Now, with the ebike, I am back to the longer rides and really enjoying the rides more than ever with the various pedal assists. Every once in a while, I will use the pure throttle for part of the ride. It's so fun. I also overrode the max speed using the Aventon mobile app, so instead of a maximum 33km (20 miles) per hour, it goes up to 45 km (28 miles) per hour with pedal assist at 5. Easy to change the maximum speed, nice to have. I got a great deal on the bike and a number of free bike accessories directly from the store and then through the Aventon website. Including a suspension seat post that really makes sitting comfortable and a heavy-duty lock. Great deal, amazing bike!

I recently purchased a new Aventon Pace 500.3 bike from EZBIKE, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I spoke to Caelan over the phone, who was incredibly welcoming, patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to help me find the perfect bike for my needs. He answered all my questions and even provided helpful tips on maintenance and care. He is extremely personable and a pleasure to talk to. The selection of bikes in this shop is top-notch, with great pricing. The bike was delivered as promised at a mutual decided date. Roadrunner V2, amazing little bicycle. Customer Service is amazing, they even drove to my place personally to deliver this little speedster outside of their work hours! Now that's some service. Onto the Roadrunner. Easy to assemble, already put in 9km just riding around my local park lol Top tier bike without the risk of death (from the pro) ha 10/10 would recommend

Got my Wolf King GTR around May last year, and it’s an absolute beast—super fast, solid, and just a joy to ride. Couldn’t be happier with it! David and the team were awesome, especially for a beginner like me. They shared tons of useful tips on riding and maintenance, which really helped me get the most out of it. Had a couple of tune-ups and light repairs during the season, and everything was smooth and stress-free. All the work was covered under warranty, and communication with the team was super easy. If you’re thinking of getting a Wolf King GTR or any other e-scooter ,these guys are the best!

I bought my first e-bike!! Woohoo! We first bought an Aventon Level.2, size M/L, with torque sensor a few weeks ago. My partner has been riding it to commute to work (54km round trip) and loves it so much so we went back to get another bike a week ago. This time, we were interested in a Pace model but wasn’t sure if I would like the Pace2 model with cadence sensor or a Pace500.3 (newer model of Pace2) with torque sensor. We contacted EZ bike and made arrangements to take a Pace2 for a test ride because they had that model on hand as a demo. Taking a bike for a ride is easy, just sign a waiver and leave a piece of ID and off you go. After the test run, I realized I preferred the torque sensor over the cadence sensor and decided to purchase the Aventon Pace500.3. Peter, the technician, had the bike ready in a just few days. We also bought a bike rack from EZBike so we could transport our new bikes when we want to travel with it for leisurely bike rides. Peter also got the bike rack ready for us so we could pick it up at the same time as the bike. Upon pick up, Peter took the time to go over everything, helped us install the bike rack to our car, and showed us how to use it. Every staff member, and I mean EVERYONE we interacted with (Vincent, David, Peter, Queenie, Jin) at EZBike made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. They answered all the questions we had, gave good suggestions, allowed us to do a test rides on the models we were interested in and did not pressure us at all. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of models to check out. They also have a great selection of scooters and accessories. We have been recommending EZBike to all our friends and will be back for all our service needs or to upgrade our bikes in the future.

I was initially hesitant about purchasing an ebike online, but after doing some research and talking to Caelan at EZbike, I decided to purchase an Aventon Pace 500.3 ebike for my wife. Very glad I did. The delivery to my home in Edmonton was quick, and even though one of the accessories was damaged during transport, once reported to Caelon, a new part was shipped out right a way. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to buy another product from them. Very happy with the bike, and very happy with the excellent customer service from Caelan.

Hello. Just received my Aventon Abound SR ebike. Yes, I took it in the dead of a Canadian February Winter! Now, I have to wait for a couple of months before I can ride it. However, this is a good time to thank the crew over at EZBike for making the purchase smooth. It was ready next day, delivered (it wouldn't fit in my tiny car) and Cailan (from EZBike) spent time at my home ensuring that an old geezer like me understood how it worked. Didn't want to tell him I had already read the the user manual... twice! All the bolts were tight, my accessories installed and it was clean and shiny... men like shiny things! Good bunch of folks to deal with. I'll come back in the Spring to give you an update on how I find the machine.
