Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for all new products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are not allowed after 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened. It must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any signs of abuse, excessive wear and tear, or modifications may ineligible for return. The refund will be processed once the package has been received at our warehouse.
All certified pre-owned and demo products fall under our 14-day Money-back Guarantee policy.
Order Cancellation
• Unshipped orders: Can be cancelled 3 business day(s) prior to shipment. Subject to 2.5% merchant processing fees.
• Pre-orders: Deposits can be cancelled. Subject to 2.5% processing fees.
Defective Product
• If the product is defective, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package. Our team will arrange for necessary repairs and in some cases, replace the product if deemed unrepairable. • If the customer continues to use the product after noticing a defect, the exchange or return policy is not applicable.
Return Process
To initiate a return please contact us at contact us at +1 (647) 695-2668 or email support@ezbike.ca. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and arrange a convenient pick-up time. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total returned amount. You are required to return the product in the same condition it was packed and received in. The product is subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsellable, damaged, unclean, or not in its original condition and packed correctly, the return will be rejected and the customer has to take the product back at their own expense.
Once the return procedure is completed, a refund will be made via the original payment method used when placing the order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to process.
EZBike is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned
