14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Certified Pre-Owned Electric Bikes and Scooters

We believe buying an e-bike or e-scooter should be as easy and stress-free as riding one. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee. From the day your bike is delivered, you’ll have two full weeks to decide if it’s the perfect fit for you.  

How It Works:  

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your e-bike or e-scooter must be in the same condition as when it was sold and have no more than 20 additional kilometers on the odometer. Any signs of abuse, excessive wear and tear, or modifications may ineligible for return under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy.
  • Simple Returns: Keep the original packaging and repack the e-bike or e-scooter for shipping. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and arrange a convenient pick-up time. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total returned amount. The refund will be processed once the package has been received at our warehouse.
  • Refund Details: All shipping fees are non-refundable. The money-back guarantee covers only the price of the e-bike or e-scooter and any taxes paid during the initial purchase. A 2.5% credit card processing fee will also be deducted from the refund. In summary the refund will be the cost of the e-bike or e-scooter plus any taxes paid, minus the return shipping cost and 2.5% credit card processing fee.
