We believe buying an e-bike or e-scooter should be as easy and stress-free as riding one. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee. From the day your bike is delivered, you’ll have two full weeks to decide if it’s the perfect fit for you.  

How It Works:  

• Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your e-bike or e-scooter must be in the same condition as when it was sold and have no more than 20 additional kilometers on the odometer.  
• Simple Returns: Keep the original packaging and repack the e-bike or e-scooter for shipping. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and arrange a convenient pick-up time.  
• Refund Details: All shipping fees are non-refundable. The money-back guarantee covers only the price of the e-bike or e-scooter and any taxes paid during the initial purchase. A 2.5% credit card processing fee will also be deducted from the refund. In summary the refund will be the cost of the e-bike or e-scooter plus any taxes paid, minus the return shipping cost and 2.5% credit card processing fee.
